Today, Red Lake Senior High School on Red Lake Indian Reservation was visited by Tina and Rep. Roger Erickson. The school received $5,491,000 in 2014 as part of Governor Dayton and the DFL Legislature’s commitment to ensuring all children in Minnesota get the education they deserve.
Today, Tina visited the Harriet Tubman Center in Maplewood - a women’s shelter that’s helping more than 40,000 women and their families recover from abusive circumstances. It’s because of critical investments like those made by Gov. Dayton and the DFL Legislature that we have the resources in place to live up to our duty to help people experiencing abuse and create healthy communities in which all of us can live.
